Welcome to the new LogicMaze monthly newsletter.
If you have received this, you are a client, friend or both of LogicMaze. We appreciate your support and would like to keep you updated on our progress as a company, since we couldn’t do it without you.

As you may know, Tamara originally started LogicMaze from home nearly eight years ago. Shortly after that, Cody came on board to do the sales and marketing side of the business. It’s almost certain that if you have done any business with LogicMaze you have spoken with Cody.

Within the last two years, the staff has tripled to accommodate growing business, taking on three more designers and a project manager. Here’s a little info on the new guys:

THE NEW GUYS

Josh Krannawitter:
The first addition to the dream team of designers: Josh got on board around two years ago. His abilities as a designer became further testament to the LogicMaze standard of excellence, which is evident in all sites we produce. For a little more info on Josh, you can check out his Myspace page
David Planthold:
With extensive experience in just about any form of digital and traditional media, and an ability to learn and adapt to anything that he hasn’t already done, David has become a Jack-of-all-trades at LogicMaze, doing a wide range of things from web site design to print media.
Anthony (Ant) D’Alessio: Anthony is the updates/ maintenance designer, which is certainly not as easy as it sounds. Updating all of the sites for which we do maintenance means that Ant has to be able to mimic any design to which he’s adding content for consistency-sake, something that he does proficiently. He’s always got a full plate of work and never complains
Mitchell Hargrave:         Taskmaster and blogger extraordinaire, Mitchell came on board three months ago to cut Cody some slack in the project managing and marketing departments. If you are a client, you have most likely either corresponded with Mitchell via email or phone. If you haven’t, you probably will.

webwork

October was a busy month, as mentioned in this press release. We added eight sites to the client page. We are equally proud of each project that we finished. Feel free to take a look at them.

Kansas Dirtworks www.kansasdirtworks.com
Asset & Insurance Management Group www.aimkansas.com
Arbuckle Realty www.arbucklerealtyinc.com
Going Knowear www.goingknowear.com
Our Kids Come First www.hutchkids.com
Air n Arc www.air-n-arc.com
Mineral Transformations www.mineraltransformations.com
We also did an update redesign for the Fox Theatre www.hutchinsonfox.com

Cody and Mitchell are always expanding their marketing efforts and are willing to tackle any medium known to man.

Always a front-runner in the marketing efforts at LogicMaze: search engine optimization has proven itself to be a challenging and ever-changing business. This is not to say that we are not enjoying a satisfying level of success in the field.

Underground Vaults & Storage

#1 Spot for 26 out of 46 carefully selected keywords
On MSN majority of the other 20 are on the 1st page
Placements on the other two search engine giants: Google and Yahoo get better every week.

Ashlenz Outfitters

         Record-Breaking site visits
increased number of visitors converted to customers.
*A conversion rate is a measurement, also often referred to as a metric, which is defined as the percentage of visitors who take or complete a desired action

First National Travel hired us to do some advertising for them, and were nice enough to allow us to try some fairly different ideas for them. In an effort to attract more people away from doing all of their travel planning online, rather than with an actual agent, we designed a parody site: Traveltron5000.com. This quirky site was designed to intentionally be of no help, but to drive consumers in the right direction for real assistance.

As a tie-in to the Traveltron5000 site, we also wrote two radio commercials for First National Travel, each involving a blunder caused by making the travel arrangements on Traveltron5000, and the realization that using the real agents at First National Travel would have been more beneficial. Although the Traveltron5000 project is relatively new, we have high hopes and have seen nothing but increasingly good results thus far.

More work in the traditional marketing area: we’ve been doing weekly print ads for Arbuckle Realty to go in the McPherson Sentinel. In addition to that, we did a promo card for Interior Expressions and Design, Inc. and a business card for Kansas Dirtworks. For more information about printed materials, check out this page.

We can always do more
Even if you already have a site, we can always help! Feel free to contact Cody about maintenance, updates or even a complete redesign. A new look can give a web site a much-needed boost and greatly improve the appeal of a company or product. We would be glad to help.

Make People look at your site
Search engine optimization is an almost mandatory part of having a website. Let us work with you if we’re not already. A well optimized site will bring in not just more traffic, but more quality traffic: people who are actually searching for your product or service, rather than just happening upon your site by accident. This can ultimately lead to more sales or contacts. WE CAN DO THAT!
